Your matching gift supports immediate critical needs. Here is how to get started in 3 simple steps.

3 Simple Steps:

Step 1:
Ask if your employer has a matching program.

Step 2:
Complete the Matching Gifts Form for your company (often available from the Human Resources department). This form may require a St. Raymond’s Society's tax identification number, which is
27-2079559.

.Step 3:
Send the completed form along with your donation or receipt from your recent donation to:

We will complete our portion of the form and mail it back to your employer.

Are you retired? You may still be eligible to participate through your former employer’s matching gift program!
